I accidentally threw out the little tiny magnet that is required to make my Breezy work properly. I am recovering from a brain tumor and am sometimes forgetful.
I thought this was a decent company and have praised them in the past.
Their products are not inexpensive, but seem well made & come with a lifetime warranty. They need it to be that long because you will probably die before they will help you!

Preferred solution: Replacement magnets for my Breezy battery. I offered to pay to replace them the first 10 or so times I tried to get assistance. Now, I think they should replace them for free for my inconvenience.

This product, the Breezy, uses very small magnets that are the same color as a vape cart. It's very easy to forget about them when changing carts.
The device has a lifetime warranty, which is great, but I need to buy more magnets because I accidentally threw them out with an empty cart. I can't get in touch with the company to purchase more.
I tried email but didn't get a response. I'm recovering from a brain tumor, so I'm forgetful.

Verified Reviewer |Warranty and Atomizers = BUNK
The Don is trash - they made us take it instead of replacing our last Kind Pen E-Nail glass.
Despite the warranty they will no longer send their cheap alloy coil atomizers so we cant use the device. It powers on and immediately says no atomizer because the coil breaks with regular use about every 3-5 times (at $35 + shipping per replacement).
We were told it was our error and to stop charging the device with the atomizer on which we never did - cant say how disappointed I was to break the glass on our old one that didnt need any parts to run.
Planned obsolescence here!

Lifetime Warranty is a Sham
I purchased a slim oil premium pen (my 3rd, same model, from this company). It arrived and was completely inoperable.
Would not charge at all - tried multiple chargers and multiple outlets - keep in mind, I had two before - I know how they work.
Well, to replace it you have to pay $12 in shipping. Fine. It happens. Well.
the second one is also a dud. So now, I can pay for shipping again and get a 5th one. But if it works or not (I don't have my hopes up) I'll have paid 2x the price for one device. This feels like a really clear scam to me?
Well to top it off if you got to their website, there isn't a single review below three stars or or for the last six months.
Look, we've been on the internet - there's NEVER a product with 500 reviews and not a single negative one.
That's *extremely* suspicious to me.
Anyway, buy at your own risk. I can't afford it.

They're so called lifetime warranty policy
This company makes absolute cheap devices that tear up within a couple of months then they will replace them with their full lifetime warranty but they charge you $30 shipping for a new device. You're telling me it cost them $30 to ship that.
heck no. All they're doing is getting their money back to replace the device. If they built a quality product and then backed it with the warranty that would be amazing but when the product tears up within 2 months after getting it it becomes ridiculous.
I have had to replace my device five times in 2 years and the last time was the final straw because it was defective when I got it and they refused to replace it. It completely gave out 3 months later and that was when I said this company will no longer have my business.

Called Customer Service on Monday- worked with Nancy who immediately replaced it- Paid $12 for shipping and had a brand new Mist by Friday- Awesome! Will be a customer for life!

I ordered this Monday August 14 and paid for 2 to 3 day delivery and here it is mandatory 21st and still no vape pen I want to know why I did not get it in the 2 to 3 days I paid for it for and I not why I can't get that shipping cost back for the sake that I still did not receive the item i purchased

I had an issue with a defective product. I called.
I got a lady on the phone that said they would replace my product BUT I had to pay for shipping. My boyfriend called and after some back and forth he got us the product replaced at no cost. I understand that some things happen. Its how they handle it when it doesnt that matters to me.
It took a little fight but they replaced it. Grateful because money is nothing to waste.

I was charging my Kind Pen. It has been charging for about a half hour.
I felt it, it was extremely hot. The longer I held it, the hotter it got.
I took it outside and it started smoking. Nothing was in it, and the lid was off.
